At Cube Self Storage, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service so we’re always delighted to receive feedback from our clients. This feedback is used to help us improve our self storage services and customer service levels even further. We thought that you’d like to hear what one of our clients thought about using Cube Self Storage.

Matt Smith is one of our domestic clients who needed to store a number of pieces of furniture along with some personal items for three months over the Christmas period. He chose Cube due to our fully secure, purpose built storage facility.

When Matt was asked if he was happy with the service he received, he responded ‘Yes – there was no damage to any item. I was 100% happy with the security of the site’. Matt went on to say that he would ‘suggest using Cube Storage to both friends and colleagues in the future’.
